Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order. We automatically ship products anywhere in the United States. Shipments to international destinations require that you submit a message to us from the "Contact Us" page.
At Picaya, we strongly believe in recycling all packing materials, and we would like to encourage you to do the same. We pack your goods with great care and attention to detail in order to withstand handling. Please inspect everything carefully before recycling the materials.
If anything is damaged, wrap it in the original packaging and box and call us to report the damage. This is the only way that we can work with UPS for damage claims. If the original packaging or box is thrown out, we may not be able to honor a damage problem.
